Swiss Baby Shower

So guess what - I was blessed with yet another baby shower! This one here in Geneva. I blogged about my amazing US shower here (THANK YOU Sarah, Emily and Colleen!!!)

Well when we returned from homeleave, our friends Samantha and Sam said that they and our other friends were so excited to have a little expat baby in our little community here, that they just had to throw us a shower locally. So sweet and kind of them!
Since our group is small as is anyway, we decided to make it a couples' shower so that the guys would have some fun too. I felt a little weird about the whole thing at first, because there is not a big "showering" tradition in Europe,  In the end it turned out to be such a fun get together for everyone! We all had a blast.
