This time I made sure to take lots of pictures and here they are.
A couple of days before the weekend I received a gorgeous Edible Arrangements delivery. Look at the note! Too cute!
On Saturday morning we ran our first family 5K, which was so much fun! More on that later
Later CJ sent me off to have lunch at Red Rocks with my neighbor Claire and after that we went to a new nail salon near our place for a nice spa pedicure which included sipping two Mimosas as my tootsies were being pampered!
On Sunday we spent a lovely family day outside. After church we played in Birkdale Village till lunchtime.
Then after Katherine got up, we went on a nice hike on the greenway nearby.
And afterwards we headed back to the Village for some Mothers Day ice cream. Katherine enjoyed it too. She did some running around.
And finally in the evening CJ cooked me a lovely steak dinner which we enjoyed with some drinks on our deck.
