LKN State Park hike

The weekend before last we decided to go for a family hike at the lake Norman State Park. It is about 20 miles from where we live and has really pretty trails and views of the lake. The last time CJ and I went there to hike was in December 2011, the day after Christmas, when I was super pregnant...

Fast forward a year and a half and here we are as a family of 3 with our 18-month-old munchkin!

It was a lot of fun and Katherine had a blast pointing out the "ocean" through the trees and boats going by.
